Shipping policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to certain restricted regions.
- BOMLooks provides FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders. Cod orders will be charged Rs. 100 over & above the product rate.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once the order has shipped.
- If you do not receive tracking updates within 48 hours, contact support@bomlooks.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please check with the carrier first.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier and our support team.
- BomLooks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist in resolving issues.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Changes to shipping addresses or cancellations must be requested within 1 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is shipped, modifications are not possible.
Returns & Exchanges

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
